Began my real estate career as a part-time agent in Fairfax, Va in the mid 1980s. Moved to Bonita Springs, Fl in 1995 and continued as a full-time agent. My services are specific to each client depending on their wants/needs and requirements, including listing and selling properties in all of SW Florida. Specifically resale homes/condos, new homes built on the clients own lot, and developers new communities (which there are numerous) with incentives, both dollar wise and up-grades. Listed properties are marketed to every available source to ensure that they are getting the exposure necessary for a speed sale, Being available days, evenings and weekends, to assure all clients can reach out to me as often as they feel necessary is one of the most valuable things I offer. My services are specific to each client depending on their wants/needs and requirements. Clients are up-dated weekly or more often, as necessary, as to the status of the purchase or sale of their home.
